Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?＋
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card up front. Add one when you're ready to keep going.
What happens after the trial?＋
If you don't add a card, your account goes read-only. We send a reminder email 30 days after signup and delete inactive accounts 5 days after that. Any time in that window, add a card to keep everything.
Is pricing per user?＋
No. One flat price for the whole company. Invite your foreman, your crew, your office — no per-seat tax.
Can I change plans later?＋
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I cancel?＋
One click in Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Your data exports clean to CSV/PDF whenever.
What if I need more than Pro?＋
Email support@averagebuild.com and we'll set up an Enterprise plan for bigger crews or higher scan limits.
